PC Music Supply, LLC is a privately held company based in Connecticut and founded in 2007. The company was founded on a very simple idea, focus on the electronic musician and provide them with the best price and service on the products they require. This founding principal is backed up with a team that has over 25 years experience in music production and retailing, a passion for making music on the pc, and of course the knowledge of what it is like to be a customer.
PC Music Supply, LLC has a very limited market segment within the MI industry, focusing entirely on music production for the electronic musician. This focus allows for a very specialized understanding of our customers and their needs.
How is PC Music Supply different?
For a start we are not a huge chain of stores, a public company or so concerned about our profits we have lost sight of the most important thing, you the customer! pc music supply, is dedicated to making your purchase of music equipment as easy as possible.
Tell me about your coupons?
Instead of planning sales to move inventory we need to get out of our warehouse because we are overstocked (which is what the “other guys” do.) We decided to take a different approach. Why not let you the customer decide what is on sale? That way you can rest assured you are getting the best deal on the product you really want. That is the idea behind the coupons. Sign up for our newsletter and you will receive coupon codes inside for the email. Then during the checkout process simply enter the code in the appropriate place. Finally, sit back and what the savings roll in! That’s the whole idea, you are in control!
How else are you different?
Obviously, we do not want to let the competition know what our plans are before we even start but you can rest assured you will get the lowest prices, extremely competitive shipping rates and a new level of service that the competition can’t match.

Yes it is! pc music supply is using YAHOO! as our merchant and transaction host. This provides a very sophisticated 128 bit SSL secure shopping experience.
What about my personal details, will to sell/give it to other companies?
Absolutely not! We hate junk mail and having our information “shared” as much as you do. Please refer to our privacy policy for the details but rest assured your data stays with us.
Why no shipments outside the United States?
Many manufacturers have distribution agreements with companies outside the United States. To make sure we do not violate our own agreements with these manufacturers we cannot sell to customers outside the United States. Of course if you live outside the US you are more than welcome to use the resources on this site to help you in making a purchase.

Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders taken after 4pm on a Friday will ship on the following Monday. Our fulfillment center is closed on national holidays and orders received during this time will ship on the following business day.
Download information:
Purchasing via download requires a broadband connection. After purchase a serial number and Toontrack download link will be emailed to the email address you provided while ordering. Please ensure your email address is valid. This process is not instant and requires validation from Toontrack and may take up to 12 hours but generally takes 1 hour or less. Once purchased downloads cannot be returned.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We strive to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you receive would like to return a product please contact us (orders@pcmusicsupply.com) and include your order number and reason for refund, return or cancellation. We will work with you to return the product and send a replacement or issue a credit. Refunds are granted within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that free shipping does not apply to returns unless the product is damaged.

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible to ensure the product(s) do not ship from our warehouse. Cancellations made after shipping your order may incur additional charges (shipping, handling etc).
Special note on software: Open software cannot be return to us and must be returned to the manufacturer. This is due to license agreements within the software. If you software is unopened, you are welcome to return it to us. Download software must be returned to the manufacturer and cannot be returned to PC Music Supply.
Special note on microphones and headphones:
Microphones and headphones that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. This is due to hygiene reasons.
